Azkena in June sounds like the kind of trip where you plan outfits and then end up in the same boots three days straight. I’ve been messing around with StyleLookLab for general styling ideas, but festivals always prove comfort wins anyway. Stoked to see you on that bill — hope the set time lets you play to a full field.
This has me thinking about all the photo dumps that’ll happen after Azkena — every festival ends up being a thousand sunsets and stage shots. I’ve seen people turn their gig pics into Studio Ghibli-style art and it actually looks pretty charming when it’s done well. Either way, hope the weather behaves for you guys.
Festival announcements always make me wonder how many people discover bands now vs. years ago — feels like it’s half playlists, half random posts. I’ve found a couple new AI tools through hrefgo lately, and it’s kind of the same vibe: quick discovery, then you go deeper if it clicks. Hope the crowd gives you a proper welcome!
Always cool to see a festival announcement that’s short and to the point — now I’m just waiting for the day splits and set times. Total tangent, but the “announced” vibe made me think of old-school coded posters and stuff, like caesar cipher notes people used to pass around. Anyway, Spain in June sounds perfect for this.
Love seeing smaller bands pop up on big festival bills like this — it’s usually how I find new stuff to listen to. While waiting for set times I usually kill time on my phone, and weirdly BlockBlast has been my go-to lately. Hope you guys get a solid slot, not some brutal early afternoon one!
